We took the bus up the mountain and Dave and Marlee hiked down (the other Grants wimped out and took the bus back down).

We are staying at the new Hilton Garden Inn (opened last week) which is 2.3 km from the train station. A bit of a hike. The hotel is great, though.

Only one minor accident today--Emma misjudged the curb and crashed. Not even a scratch.

Insanity on two wheels

We rented bikes in Brugge today. What an adventure--dodging pedestrians, cars, and other bikes.

We stopped to enjoy Popsicles on a side street near the market.

We only last 3 of our rented 4 hours. The kids' seats weren't nearly as cushy as mine.

We went back in to the city and enjoyed the sights at a less crazy pace.
