Camera didn't catch the lightning, but it was all around. Temps here in Wichita have come close to 110 at times. Bank signs are measuring as high as 116 in the concrete jungles.

I thought this was chili when I took it out of the freezer to defrost for dinner. I made the cheddar corn muffins to go along with it. When the block finally thawed I learned it was baked beans. Ugh! I really need a better labeling system for the freezer.
