Foiled!

I thought this was chili when I took it out of the freezer to defrost for dinner. I made the cheddar corn muffins to go along with it. When the block finally thawed I learned it was baked beans. Ugh! I really need a better labeling system for the freezer.

There is nothing better than fresh picked raspberries. This is what was left after I ate my fill in the garden this morning.

Another hobby from the past

This is a heck of a small largemouth, but the first fish I've caught on a flyrod in years (and years, and years....) Still need to practice a bit before Alaska this summer. I hear the fish are bigger there.
